The super obese (400 lbs) folks at my workplace get the majority of their calories from drinks. Soda all day long, beer/wine at home at night.
Not healthy by any means. But if you want to figure out how folks become 500lbs, they drink most of their calories which in turn makes them constantly hungry because their blood sugar levels are perpetually crashing.
